HOA Community Members: Please be sure to specify which HOA you belong to so your request can be directed to the right person.

Once your request is received, one of our team members will follow-up with you to review the request and any associated fees (if applicable).

In the event of an urgent matter that the Association is responsible for handling, we can be reached at 252-355-8884 x 25.   Leave a message when prompted.  For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.

i.) After-hours services are for non-routine, urgent or emergency situations requiring a response outside of standard business hours.
ii.) A Keystone representative who receives the after-hours call has authority to determine if the call requires a response outside of standard business hours. If it does require a response, as determined by Keystone, a Keystone representative may be dispatched to the community location to address the issue or may handle the situation over the phone or coordinate with others including board members and contractors to resolve the matter.
iii.) These services are reserved for urgent matters that cannot be postponed until the next business day. In the event of after-hours service, the Association will be charged a fee in accordance with the management agreement.
iv.) If this is a matter that can wait until regular business hours, please contact the office during regular business hours.

NOTE: This service is only for HOA maintenance emergencies such as a condo water leak. We do not manage rentals and we not manage apartments. If you do not live in an HOA and are calling for a rental concern, you are likely trying to reach a different company and should contact your landlord.
