Keystone Professional Association Management: Excellence in Community Association Management Since 1994

Founded in 1994 as New East Management, we have been providing industry-leading community association management services to Greenville and Eastern North Carolina for over twenty-eight years. In 2000, we became Keystone Property Management, and in 2023, we proudly rebranded to Keystone Professional Association Management.

Owned and operated by Lisa Sasser, our company is dedicated to delivering professional management services for community and property associations of all types across Eastern North Carolina.

Lisa has furthered her education by earning the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations from the Community Associations Institute.

Our Commitment

Our long-standing record of client satisfaction is the foundation of our success. By keeping our clients’ needs at the forefront of everything we do, we have grown to become one of the region’s largest and most reliable HOA management firms. We invest in our staff’s continuing education in the industry to stay up to date on laws and best practices to better serve our clients.

Our Achievements

We are recognized as one of the top community association management firms in the region and have earned the prestigious Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation.

AAMC refers to the “Accredited Association Management Company” designation, which signifies a company’s dedication to delivering specialized services needed by community associations. Here is a breakdown of this designation:

  1. Staff Competency: It ensures that the company’s staff possess the necessary skills, experience, and integrity to assist communities effectively.
  2. Advanced Training: The managers within an AAMC-accredited company have undergone advanced training, showcasing their expertise and dedication to the field.
  3. Industry Commitment: The accreditation reflects a demonstrated commitment to the industry, indicating that the company and its managers are dedicated to maintaining high standards and continuous professional development.

In summary, the AAMC accreditation for an association management company signifies a high level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication to serving community associations.

Additionally, Lisa Sasser is honored to have received the Management Excellence Award in 2017 from CAI-NC. This award celebrates community managers who demonstrate outstanding versatility, expertise in community association and business matters, and exceptional interpersonal skills, all contributing to the betterment of their communities.
